I think for the price it is an amazing deal. My partner and I paid 60/night for a room, with a view of the lagoon. We could see the water and sunset right from our room! The rooms are cute, clean, and spacious. Although things need to be replaced, like rusting light fixtures, I think in general the price made it a seal for the quality. The location is amazing. Located right on the water, you can do easily get to the beach. Is it a premium resort? Absolutely not. Is it a great value in an amazing location? 100%

Clean, hotel staff were friendly, best for your $$, especially if you want to have a beautiful view for inexpensive and want a quiet beach day, it’s more secluded. The buses run every 5 min right outside the hotel that take you to Zona hotel and Cancun centro. Convince store right across the street.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cyan resort during my last two days in Cancun. The view of the ocean and the size (and colour scheme as I happen to be a fan of teal) of my room were nothing to argue about. The location was prime and a decent walk to the jetskis and the marinas as I enjoy long walks and time away from hustle and bustle. The hotel staff, particularly Alo and Pamela who I had some wonderful chats with in my broken Spanish, were super-friendly, on the ball and an utter joy to engage with. My only reservation was when I went to the restaurant to ask for a variation on the meal (due to some food intolerances) the restaurant manager was firm that he couldn't be flexible - something I've never encountered before and not very becoming since an internaitonal resort you'd think. Would cater for all sorts. Besides that. Waking up at 6.30am on two mornings and getting to swim in that pool and the sea was pure heaven on earth and I'd come back for sure

Overall great choice. Unfortunately, they do not have a microwave/kitchenette for those of us travelling with a budget. Cancun is a bit pricey and not everyone can afford to eat out three times a day. Luckily the hotel is right across the street from a convenience store that sells tacos so it is a plus. Pool is nice and big. The beach is awesome. It is January and it isn't as hot as it is in March but the weather is better than my regular Iowa US weather at this time of year. Staff is very friendly compared to other hotels we have stayed in here in Cancun. Rooms are definitely clean. I would stay here in the future.

Honestly ignore the bad reviews. We were a bit spooked before we arrived due to bad reviews but this place is great value and a good spot. The staff are very lovely and helpful. The beach and pool are both gorgeous; the courtyard is a lovely spot. Our room has a well stocked bathroom with plenty of towels and nice spelling showergel etc. Our room has a fridge and a TV with all the streaming channels signed in. Beds are comfy. The wind is very loud and our room is a bit cold but I’m sure the staff would help us sort out any extras we needed. The restaurant options nearby aren’t great - as this hotel is at the bottom of the HZ, you’re a bit out the way. Overall it’s super affordable and great value!

It’s my husbands birthday so we decided to come to Cancun to scuba dive. Unfortunately with the weather, the dives were canceled except 1 day. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. That is what I look for in a hotel. The shower head squirts out on the ceiling everywhere. Other than that, it’s a nice room. The restaurant service is slow and doesn’t speak English very well. One of our waitresses is wonderful !! ISMELY is great!! I’d definitely try to get her table. We gave her a good tip everyday for being so fast and remembering what we want everyday at breakfast. Hotel didn’t do anything for james on his birthday. Like decorating the bed or a cake for bday. I asked several times. Unfortunately Nothing got done.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. They have a lovely restaurant with yummy food and a view of the pool and ocean. The pool is wonderful and has lots of comfortable loungers to relax on and an amazing view of the sea and beach. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable in our room! This is a wonderful and affordable place to stay in the hotel zone.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently. Its a pretty basic hotel. I booked a sea room with a balcony but ended up with a juliette sliding door when I arrived. The front desk lady did help with that. The view was great. The bed was comfortable and there was daily cleaning service. The rooms and facilities are a bit outdated, you'll find stains on the couch and the furniture. There is no ice machine for guests, youll have to go into the restaurant during their service to ask the bartender for it. The security when arriving did not help bring bags up at all, just sat there, for a resort I found that funny. OXXO right across the street, bus stop and a few restaurants, overall not too bad, pretty basic but did the trick.
